A modernised 18th Century Country Inn situated in the town centre handy for all areas of town. Dickens-is reputed to have slept there. Breakfasts served daily and the main menu shows a commitment to local produce and homemade cooking. The pub has a superb tiled exterior which pre-dates its State Management days.
